Lord, when I look back over the past few years of my life, I can hardly believe all that's happened and how you've carried me all the way. There were times when I had no words to speak–my heart empty and broken, overflowing with grief–yet, you asked nothing of me, other than to lay myself down at your feet and to give you my grief. I would often just cry before you, pouring out my heart, letting the tears say what I couldn't speak. Through those times, you've shown me that you don't need my words in order to hear my heart, and you've taught me that my worship can come in many different ways…through a simple cry of “God, I need you” I'm showing my dependence on You, and to You, that's an act of worship.
It's time for five minute Friday, come join us at Lisa-Jos!
